Kombucha is a live, fermented tea that is considered healthful to the digestive system for its probiotic content, amino acids, and active enzymes. Ethan and his team are still brewing with the same kombucha culture he began working with over a decade ago, using fresh mountain water and the finest ingredients to create unique and refreshing flavors.
