A.K. and Diane Kirby are second generation family farmers and the sole employees of Cedar Point Farm. They grow three acres of produce, focused on specialty squash varieties, tomatoes, peppers, greens, melons, and cucumbers. They classify their growing practices as close to organic as it gets without having the expensive and time consuming third-party certification. A.K. packs every case of produce himself, ensuring top notch quality and growing standards.
The Kirby’s also raise pastured pork, and grow their own grains to feed the pigs.
