Find Them

For five generations the Critzers have been farming in the Rockfish Valley on the border between Nelson and Albemarle counties. At one time the farm was primarily a beef cow and orchard operation, but Whitney and Rosemary Critzer and their longtime workers have expanded to produce fruits and vegetables, to operate a farm stand, and to welcome visitors for pick-your-own strawberries and cherries. The Critzers are extremely dedicated to the land and environment, and have the goal of leaving it better than they found it. They are devoted to providing the freshest and healthiest produce possible, providing a friendly down-home atmosphere for families, and teaching children about farming and good, fresh food.
