Scratch Pasta Co. is an artisanal pasta company located in historic Lynchburg, VA. Specializing in uniquely flavored and shaped noodles, Scratch makes wholesome, fresh and high quality pastas and sauces. Scratch Pasta Co. is owned by Lynchburg native and locally acclaimed chef, Stephanie Fees.

In 2019, Scratch Pasta won a Garden and Gun’s ‘Made in the South’ award for food. Their Virginia Wheat Campanella came first runner up. Full details here.

Scratch Pasta Co. blends small-batch artisan pasta traditions with modern perspective. Scratch incorporates unusual flours (like Emmer and Spelt) and showcases unique ingredients (think Chinese Five Spice and Cocoa) while extruding through solid bronze dies to create the coarse texture that is signature of artisan pasta. With her culinary education and specialized pasta techniques honed while studying in Italy, Stephanie and Scratch Pasta Co. can elevate a ‘legendary’ family pasta recipe into something unforgettable.
