Food Access Fellow
Brianna graduated from Appalachian State University in 2017 with a degree in Sustainable Development and focus on sustainable agriculture and food systems. While at school, she worked as a farm fellow. She also worked as a nonprofit social media intern, and traveled twice to Benin City, Nigeria. There, she helped set up a sustainable garden for children and assisted in educating students about agriculture. Following graduation, she worked at a greenhouse before relocating to Charlottesville in April 2018 for the Food Access Fellow position. Brianna is excited to be a part of the team and for the opportunity to explore the Charlottesville area!
