Rules to Reality

Local Food Hub and VCE/VT have developed a self-paced online course that covers implementation of the Produce Safety Rule, including videos of on-farm implementation featuring Virginia farms of all sizes. Topics include wildlife management, employee training, recordkeeping, and postharvest handling. Modules are short and easy to digest, and you will receive a certificate upon completion. Registration is $10. Course launches in January.
